Return eligibility
Returns can be requested within 90 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, including packaging and accessories, unless stated otherwise.

Products must be used as directed.
Items showing misuse or damage are not eligible for return.


Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return.

This includes intimate or final sale products.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend tracked shipping.
Movara is not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you are notified.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
